So, how can I help you?

Considering I don't 'know' what you're trying to achieve yet, it'd be remiss of me to say I could help. But, what I can do is give you an idea of what I've done for others in the past, perhaps even for the person who's referred you to me today, so you can get an idea of what I'm good at.

So, here's a few things I've done recently. You'l find it's mostly:

These are my two areas of specialistion. Particularly so in the field of direct response marketing and the use of psychographic and behavioural segmentation.


Brought Clarity & Direction Through Strategy

A startup travel company in Australia had funds, drive, and an idea to disrupt the industry... unfortunately, they didn't have a plan on how to bring it to the market or make themselves stand out from their 800-pound gorilla competitors. I've been working with their executive team to create their marketing strategy and bring their vision to life. All while keeping the numbers realistic, helping them avoid mistakes I've seen before, and keeping them focused on only the top activities that will bring in money.

A financial advisory in Australia found their business was solely based on referrals and were stuck relying on their past customers to spread the word.  Unhappy with the rate of growth, I worked with their board of directors to create a 'living strategy' document. This would guide their marketing for the next year and provided their in-house marketing team the direction they needed to reach their goals of converting cold traffic into new, qualified leads in a completely automated way.

A law firm in Australia simply needed more leads, with several of their staff found twiddling thumbs with idle hands. Looking at their current marketing, I quickly found several ways of doing more for less and doing less for more. It was just a few days before they had to hire more staff to handle the volume of leads.


Made Money, Quickly

A cryptocurrency knowledge platform in Singapore was ready to launch their online course to a list of eager subscribers. Creating fairly accurate projects based on their email list, social media followings, and paid ads on Facebook and Google, we were able to confidently launch the course with a bang. I did the copy for their long-form sales page, VSL, email launch sequences, and landing pages.

A high-performance gym in England wanted to branch into selling certifications for personal trainers. While they had the experience to do it well, they didn't want to spend a lot of time to find out it wasn't profitable or the market was too competitive. I created a geo-targeted campaign for them involving print media, radio, and online advertising which quickly saw them fully booked for certification classes within the first few weeks of the campaign.

A pest control agency in the United States hated the 'income rollercoaster' and wanted a way to get more customers during his 'off-season'. Digging into his past customer list, I sent a direct mailer which involved 3 long-winded poems which promoted a new monthly-payment service to protect their home all-year round. Now he's paid every month whether he works or not; there's no 'off-season' for his team.


Worked Less, Made More

A mortgage brokerage in the United States had woeful conversion rates and found themselves spending a lot of their time with paperwork. I helped streamline their processes through automation and increased their conversions dramatically by making their intake process easier for prospects. This 'frictionless' sales funnel meant less paperwork, more automated tasks, happier customers, and more productive staff.

A recruitment consultant in Australia spent most of her day writing sales emails and planning campaigns to drum up business. Looking at her past customers and her highest performing content, I was able to create evergreen email sequences which automatically pushed new leads to booked calls, and freed about 70% of her time.

An enterprise performance SaaS company in New Zealand were spreading themselves thin manually reaching out to prospective clients. I created a strategy which cut their prospecting time down 80%, allowed the team to speak with the sudden flood of inbound leads, and made frameworks and marketing assets they're able to use for the life of the business.
